Cancellation Policy:
Between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total of your stay, not including tax – will be forfeited.
Between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival date: amount of refunded deposit is contingent on the re-rental of reservation minus $50.00 cancellation fee.
More than 30 days prior to arrival date: entire amount refunded, minus $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee.

If the reservation is not canceled 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, the guest’s credit card will be charged for the full amount of the stay. No refunds for early departures.

No Smoking in any of our rooms. However, we have a terrace where you are welcome to smoke
